Our favorite sexy songstress might be singing the tune of the Jailbird if city prosecutors in Hollywood get their way in the coming weeks.
On March 29th prosecutors petitioned a Hollywood judge to revoke Paris's 36 months of probation for reckless driving, hoping the blonde vixen will receive the harsher alternative sentence of 90 days in the slammer. Prosecutors claim they can prove that Paris was aware she was driving with a suspended license when she was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard on February 28th of this year, and have announced there is an ongoing investigation.
Paris was pulled over February 28th on Sunset Boulevard while driving with her headlights off. She was given a ticket for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.
Previously, Ms. Hilton was arrested on September 7th, 2006 in Hollywood for reckless driving while under the influence of alcohol. She pleaded guilty to the offense at her January trial, and came out of the incident with her 36 months probation as well as 15,000 dollars in fines and mandatory alcohol education classes.
A hearing regarding her new legal woes is set for April 17. Paris is not required to attend and there is no word yet on whether or not she'll make an appearance.
Paris's spokesman, Elliot Mints, stated to the press that when Paris was pulled over on February 28th, she was unaware that her license had been suspended.
